About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Providing consistent, child-centred care during day shifts or waking night duties.

Day Workers: Assisting with school runs, activities, appointments, and daily routines.

Waking Night Workers: Ensuring safety, monitoring the home overnight, and handling any night-time distress.

Transporting children to appointments, school, and social activities using company or personal vehicles.

Documenting daily progress, handovers, and incident reports.
Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to the rural location and travel requirements.

Experience working with children or young people in residential care or youth services.

Ability to work flexible shift patterns (Days or Waking Nights).

Patient, resilient, and engaging personality.
