About the Role
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am- 4:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a well-established company in Skipton as an Estimator.
No previous estimating experience is required - full training will be provided. This is an ideal role for someone looking to start or develop a career within a technical and commercial environment.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive Estimating Team of four, reporting directly to the Estimating Manager. The team plays a vital role in providing accurate and timely quotations to clients and supporting both the sales and contracting departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming enquiries to the business.
- Prepare comprehensive quotation document packages.
- Ensure quotations are completed and returned within client deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and colleagues.
About You
- Good GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
