About the Role
This service consists of 3 placements, supporting young people as they develop independence, build confidence and prepare for adulthood in a safe and supportive environment.
Agency Shifts Available – 10:00am-10:00pm + Sleep-In Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting young people within a supported accommodation setting
• Encouraging independence and positive life choices
• Supporting with daily living tasks and routines
• Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
• Managing challenging situations professionally
• Completing daily records and handovers
Requirements:
• Experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Enhanced DBS preferred
