About the Role

This service consists of 3 placements, supporting young people as they develop independence, build confidence and prepare for adulthood in a safe and supportive environment.

Agency Shifts Available – 10:00am-10:00pm + Sleep-In Shifts

Duties will include:
• Supporting young people with day-to-day living skills
• Encouraging independence and personal development
• Building positive and professional relationships
• Promoting wellbeing, safety and safeguarding practices
• Supporting with education, employment and appointments
• Recording accurate notes and reports

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience supporting young people aged 16-18
• Experience within supported accommodation, residential care, youth work or similar settings
• Knowledge of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• A caring, resilient and reliable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
