This is an ongoing role starting ASAP, working Monday to Thursday, with a pay rate of £16.66 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the school's Reset Room, providing a calm and supportive environment for pupils who have been removed from lessons due to behavioural difficulties. The role will involve helping pupils to regulate, reflect on their behaviour and prepare to return to learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the school's pastoral and teaching teams to support positive behaviour and maintain a consistent approach across the school. They will need to be confident managing challenging situations, using appropriate de-escalation and behaviour management strategies, while building positive and respectful relationships with pupils.
