Care Home Manager – Nursing
Partington, Greater Manchester | £75,000 per annum | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing care home in Partington.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, CQC compliance and strong operational performance.
The Role
- Lead, support and develop the home’s staff team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Maintain and continuously improve standards of care.
- Oversee budgets, costs and the commercial performance of the home.
- Drive occupancy and develop relationships with families, professionals and local stakeholders.
- Promote a positive culture focused on kindness, compassion and person-centred care.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.
About You
- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
- Proven experience improving care standards and achieving excellent inspection outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including experience with occupancy and business development.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
